Intake
Intake agent
Receives requests from forms, email, and chat; captures the right details; classifies and routes them to the correct owner or workflow — opening a tracked item instead of a dropped message.
Managed Services
DataExos helps organizations deploy AI agents that assist with intake, routing, knowledge retrieval, summarization, compliance support, and operational execution under human authority and system controls.
The problem
It's easy to stand up an agent that answers questions in a sandbox. It's much harder to run one that can be trusted inside real operations — where it touches live systems, handles sensitive information, and acts on requests that have consequences.
The difference isn't the model. It's everything around the model: what the agent is allowed to do, where a human stays in the loop, what happens when it's unsure, and whether anyone can later see exactly what it did.
Our point of view
DataExos doesn't hand over a chatbot and walk away. We run agents the way we run integrations — as a managed operation with scopes, oversight, logging, and a path for improvement. That operating model is Managed AgentOps: the discipline that keeps an agent bounded, observable, and accountable over time, rather than impressive once.
DataExos Managed AI Agents are deployed, monitored, governed, and improved through our Managed AgentOps model.
Agents without integrations are impressive demos. Agents with governed integrations become operational infrastructure.
Example agent types
Each is scoped to a specific job, grounded in approved systems and data, and run under the controls below. They support the team — they don't replace it.
Intake
Receives requests from forms, email, and chat; captures the right details; classifies and routes them to the correct owner or workflow — opening a tracked item instead of a dropped message.
Knowledge
Answers questions from approved, scoped documents and retrieves the relevant source — grounded in the knowledge base it's permitted to read, not the open internet.
Operations
Watches workflows for exceptions, summarizes status, prepares routine updates, and flags what needs a person — keeping the operation moving without making the call for high-stakes steps.
Compliance
Helps assemble evidence, draft summaries, and organize documentation for review. It supports compliance work under human authority — it does not certify, approve, or guarantee an outcome.
Sales support
Drafts follow-ups, summarizes account context, and prepares CRM updates for a salesperson to review and send — support for the team, not a replacement for it.
Service triage
Reads incoming service requests, proposes a category and priority, and routes to the right queue — with escalation rules for anything urgent or ambiguous.
What "managed" means
An agent is only as trustworthy as the controls around it. These are built in from the start — not added after something goes wrong.

Where this fits
Managed AI Agents are an advanced capability — the Tier 3 layer of Managed IntegrationOps. They become operationally useful because there's a governed integration and workflow layer underneath them: connected systems, monitored execution, permissions, and documentation.
Without that foundation, an agent is a demo. With it, the same agent becomes part of how the operation actually runs.
The standard
Every agent we manage is designed beyond the demo — scope, oversight, escalation, logging, and human authority built in from the start.
Tell us what you want an agent to help with — intake, knowledge, operations, compliance support, sales, or service — and we'll help define the scope, the checkpoints, and the operating model around it.
